Kepala Dua
2019
Personal Project Illustration \ Print The year was 2020. Friends who were born in 2000 finaly turned 20 in 2020. In Indonesia, you’d hear the phrase "selamat kepala dua!", or “happy two heads” because you finally entered your second decade of life. Being 20 in 2020 seems like its going to be a lucky year for them (20 2020 2000).

Unfortunately, a full scale pandemic seemingly came out of no where and they can't go out celebrating. So to make their special day a little better, I illustrated postcards based on them.

The purple-green one is a special one because it has 5 heads, celebrating my dad’s 5 decades of age.
